When does App Store Connect update sales data?
Updated 2026-11-02 · 2 min read
Short answer: Daily Sales and Trends reports are available the following day, generally by 8 a.m. Pacific Time. Weekly reports arrive on Mondays, and monthly reports five days after the month ends. The dashboard shows near-real-time estimates; downloaded reports are the final numbers.
Report timing
| Report | Available |
|---|---|
| Daily | The following day, generally by 8 a.m. PT |
| Weekly | Mondays |
| Monthly | 5 days after month end |
| Yearly | 6 days after year end |
Why yesterday looks low
If you pull data before Apple publishes the day, or mix the dashboard's UTC days with Pacific-time reports, the most recent day looks like a drop. It isn't. Treat the last day or two as provisional.
WhyItChanged does exactly that: recent days are drawn as provisional instead of as zeros, and alerts wait for settled data, so you don't get woken up by a report that hasn't landed yet.
Does the API update faster?
No. The App Store Connect API serves the same Sales and Trends reports on the same schedule.
Questions
Why is today's data missing in App Store Connect?
Daily reports cover complete Pacific-time days and publish the next morning. Today's numbers on the dashboard are estimates.
